Role Definition
As a key member of the Electric Power Division's Environment, Health, & Safety (EHS) team, reporting directly to the Sr. Division EHS Manager, you will leverage your strategic mindset and technical expertise to lead and guide EHS initiatives. Your role will involve leading divisional projects, building deep EHS expertise, developing sustainable environmental progress, refining assurance practices, and enhancing our analytics and tracking systems to highlight leading indicators that promote proactive behaviors.
Your contributions will be critical to our commitment to prioritizing the health, safety, and well-being of our people and stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
Key member of Electric Power Division EHS Team
Support strategy and execution of Enterprise Safety Driven Strategy at the division level
Active coach and developer of our EHS "Recipe" - focused on proactive metrics
Lead EHS development for field service support across the division
Lead proactive divisional projects
Support Divisional EHS Governance - Bold Goals (KPI's) Assurance Manual, compliance & Field Service Manual
Collaborating & partnering with leaders across EPD Business Units & general EHS communications & training
Support Strategic Planning based on data analysis
80% Project Manager for Division Level Projects/Safety Driven; 20% REPS / Integrated Services / Field Engineering SVCS Support.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Analyze situations accurately, make informed decisions, and evaluate past decisions to improve the decision-making process.
Project Leadership: Lead and manage EHS projects from initiation to completion with minimal oversight, gaining consensus from multiple stakeholders in a global organization.
Team Collaboration & Development: Coach and develop the EHS community, leaders, and employees, focusing on technical and cultural development.
Top Candidates will also have:
Experience leading and executing EHS projects across multiple global regions.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to present complex themes to audiences at various levels within an organization.
Outstanding judgment and creative problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
Locations: Primary location: Peoria, IL; Additional locations: Irving, Texas
This position is currently on a hybrid in office work model, requiring a 3-day weekly office presence onsite at our Irving office with remote work the remaining days. However, work arrangements may be adjusted at any time based on the business need.
Travel: Up to 25% travel required to support a global business.

Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
