Primary Responsibilities:
- Buff, strip, and wax floors.
- Clean carpeting.
- Wash windows.
- Grounds keeping.
- Snow removal from walks.
- Wash walls.
- Care of custodial equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Specific Duties:
- Dust and mop all hallways.
- Mop all hallways following proper procedure.
- Buff and strip assigned areas.
- Sweep and mop foyer daily.
- Clean the Physical Therapy room daily.
- Clean the Nurses Station daily. Sweep and mop. Damp clean cleared areas of desk.
- Once weekly, machine scrub the kitchen area.
- Three times weekly, buff dining room area.
