Overview of the job

If yes, we would like you to join us as a Key Account Executive!

As an Account Executive in P&G Health, you will manage the business development of designated key accounts, based on strategic key account strategies to achieve Sales goals and to deliver excellence in the Sales Fundamentals (Distribution, Merchandising, Pricing and Shelf.)

You will also have a chance to directly implement sales and promotional plans and activities – because at P&G we believe that execution is the only strategy that the consumers see. Customer management and market landscape are also part of the role, to enable you to make better plans and build the business even more moving forward.

Your Team

You will report to a Sales Director – Consumer Health and will be immersed in a great working environment with good working relationships between colleagues and peers.

How Success Looks Like

Role performance – You should set priorities and follow through on commitments, work effectively with diverse groups of people, and demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative, and be an excellent communicator.

Time-based performance – Must achieve the given target by month and quarter (3 months) by 100% and above to enjoy sales incentive.

Employee growth – Attractive incentive will be offered to 120% achiever on Quarterly basis. We also progressively provide trainings to ensure your market knowledge and personal development are at your peak.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Supporting the Senior Key Account Manager in the business development of assigned key accounts

  • Development and implementation of strategic key account plans and promotional activities for assigned key accounts

  • Management and control of Key Accounts A&P budget as and when assigned

  • Merchandising and display and relevant trade marketing activities

  • Category management and planograms planning

  • Market feedback on competitors activities

  • All other related projects & activities as and when assigned by superiors

  • To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline

  • 2 years’ Sales experience in similar capacity is preferred

  • Good Interpersonal, Stakeholder Management, Communication, Presentation, Selling and Negotiation skills

  • Willing to learn about the Healthcare market, territory, customers and competitors

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure

  • Ability to think ‘out of the box’

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel & Power Point
