Job Description Summary

Lead the deployment of Apttus CPQ for the Service business in the US & Canada by partnering with the functional teams in the region and global technical teams. Develop and oversee the execution of the program through coordination, tracking and communication. Ensure on time delivery of milestones to support adoption plans.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deploy Apttus CPQ to transform service contract quoting in the United States and Canada.

  • Lead cross-discipline teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver team commitments.

  • Partner with the region functional team in USCAN and technical team to refine execution strategy and approach based on scope and expected business outcomes.

  • Define and implement processes for coordination and communication between teams.

  • Work closely with program teams to ensure that program deliverables are coordinated with corresponding deliverables from other organizations.

  • Establish governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence.

  • Track and monitor program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met, and internal and external delivery commitments are met.

  • Manage risk and dependencies between organizations.

  • Ensure ongoing communication of progress against program objectives.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues and make recommendations for improvements to existing processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems Management, business Administration orrelated field

  • 10 years of IT/Digital Project and Program Management Experience.

  • Experience with both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
