Aston Carter Office Administrator in Pflugerville, Texas

Job Title: Office AdministratorJob Description

As an Office Administrator, you will play an integral role in maintaining a positive and consistent customer experience with our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include servicing, supporting, and communicating with customers, distributors, and key partner organizations. You will also work closely with our inventory and production personnel to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. This role requires proactive communication, entry and management of customer orders, and preparation of pertinent information for price quotations. You will also have the opportunity to provide product and technical support for our products, manage returns, and maintain accounts of service providers. Your duties will extend to ensuring office amenities are always available and administering service contracts to maintain uninterrupted services. You will also handle procurement activities and administrative tasks to support facility amenities and guest needs.

Hard Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience (High level office management, procurement, order entry/fulfillment, vendor management, etc.)

  • Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience

  • Experience/skills in customer telephone contact

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of programs

  • Ability to learn and use in-house computer operating systems and tools

  • Analytical skills

  • Strong administration and organizational skills

  • ERP Systems

Soft Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proactive communication

  • Ability to maintain a positive and consistent customer experience

  • Ability to work closely and collaborate with team members

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Pflugerville, Texas.

Work Environment

You will be working in an office setting alongside a small team and a manager, as well as interacting with other locations. This role requires you to provide a positive and consistent customer experience, manage office administration tasks, and maintain a close relationship with customers and partner organizations.
