rockITdata is currently seeking an Amazon Connect Developer/Admin that is ready to work with multiple clients across a wide range of technologies spanning from Artificial Intelligence to Software as a Service and Cloud offerings. Candidate will support AWS administrative functions including IAM, VPC, Amazon Connect and other services. The Candidate will also be expected to assist in development efforts including IVR, building call flows, queues and routing. Responsibilities include working with the team build successful contact center solutions for customers and supporting the solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- AWS administrative functions
- JavaScript (TypeScript) microservices on AWS Lambda
- Cloud deployment with the AWS CDK library
- Web applications built with TypeScript and React
- Amazon Connect configuration around microservices with Lambda and Lex
Required Qualifications
- Amazon Connect contact center experience
- 4+ years of experience using JavaScript in a professional environment.
- General Knowledge in software architecture patterns such as decoupling, abstraction and code reuse.
- Demonstrate knowledge of various AWS services, particularly compute
- Documents code as it is written, and translates this to feature documentation upon delivery.
