GREATER PHILADELPHIA HEALTH ACTION Clinical Therapist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Provide initial and ongoing assessments and comprehensive evaluations and treatment planning for clients. Provide individual, marital, couple, family and group therapy for clients experiencing symptoms associated with a DSM/ICD diagnosis and/or clients experiencing stress managementconcerns, self-esteem, aging, bullying, domestic violence, HIV, and gender orientation concerns. Prepare individualized treatment plan, in accordance with established standards and deadlines, consistent with assessment and in conjunction with clients and supervisor, to include goals,intervention, necessary support or referral service. Evaluate client response to treatment and modify treatment plan or recommend treatment extensions as circumstances require. Conduct therapeutic interventions within the framework of Philadelphia's Transformation Practice Guidelinesfor Recovery and Resilience Oriented Treatment. Maintain documentation as required by the state, county and GPHA. Participate in virtual ClinicalCase Consultation bi-weekly and present assigned cases as due based on clinical protocol. Position requires Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited school in Counseling, Clinical Psychology or Human Services or related field, plus 2 years of experience in substance abuse counseling, human services, or other related counseling field. Experience can be gained before, during, or after completion of Master's degree. Must be currently licensed in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counseloror Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
