EisnerAmper is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support our Outsourced Services team. Under the direction of the Managing Director and consulting staff, conducts research, market pricing, and subsequent analyses, and assists with report preparation and other documentation for clients, in support of various consulting and litigation support projects. Conducts research that supports the design and development of compensation programs, including detailed literature, survey, or Internet sourcing. Assists with developing peer groups for applicable market analysis projects.

Conducts comprehensive market pricing studies, using published surveys, proxies, Form 990s, and/or other empirical data sources, and performs subsequent data analysis. Critiques data to ensure findings are relevant and indicative of labor market.

Develops job descriptions based on scope of client assignments. Ensures information is reflective of the job and proofreads work for errors.

Assists Managing Director and consulting staff in preparing supporting materials for and initial drafts of written reports, plan documents, training materials, and communication materials. Participates in conference calls/meetings with consulting staff to present findings.

Supports consulting team with initial proposal development.

Communicates directly with clients and prospects regarding project activities. Answers routine questions and provides feedback on compensation matters within scope of knowledge. Keeps consulting staff apprised of client and prospect communications.

Monitors project communications to ensure understanding of work plans and timetables.

Initiates communications with consulting staff to discuss project work.

Responsible for managing deadlines assigned to them for each project.

Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Finance, or other related discipline

1 - 2 years of compensation or related human resources experience Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with strong analytical skills.

Able to choose the best course of action for conducting research and prioritizing workloads, demonstrates accountability for actions, and understands potential impact of decisions.

Able to complete all assigned work in a timely fashion, that is thorough, accurate, high quality, and error-free.

Promptly responds and effectively communicates with consulting staff through both verbal and written means regarding the status of projects, and any issues that arise.

Acts as a team player and is flexible to respond to changing needs.

Works with the utmost integrity, keeping proprietary information safeguarded.

Demonstrates a willingness to learn, which includes self-study, to ensure continued understanding of the economic, compensation, and consulting environment in order to enhance consulting capabilities.
