Join our team as a Market Development Executive (MDE)! In this role, you will be responsible for selling Insight's Change and Training solutions to clients across various industries. As an MDE, you will partner closely with Change and Training Services Leadership to build an Change and Training client growth strategy for new and existing services clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in specialty areas of the Service Line Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations Define and execute technical account growth strategy in partnership with Services delivery Identify new opportunities for specialty solutions and services Develop customized proposals and presentations along with Services Delivery Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and close Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction Develop executive client trusted relationships relative to technical area of expertise Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and pipeline development

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in sales, preferably in Change and Training or related field Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of Change and Training solutions and services Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as needed
