Responsibilities

  • Creating target lists of key points of contacts within your portfolio of prospect accounts using Salesforce, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.

  • Developing creative engagement campaigns that drive curiosity using email, Hubspot, LinkedIn and phone.

  • Discovering new business opportunities by understanding a prospect’s interests, needs and current knowledge gaps. Delivered by asking intelligent questions and speaking knowledgeably with VP-level executives and decision makers about LexisNexis Intellectual Property’s solutions.

  • Responding to all marketing generated leads in a professional and timely manner to discover opportunities.

  • Delivering a consistent volume of meetings for Enterprise Account Managers. As part of this process, provide them with detailed handover notes and briefings to prepare them fully for their meeting with the prospect.

  • Providing prospects with an excellent experience and impression of LexisNexis Intellectual Property.

  • Using Salesforce to record all activity and client interactions. Where necessary, cleanse the data to ensure contact details are accurate.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

  • Previous experience of B2B internal sales is required (12 months). Ideally you will have experience worked within SaaS, software, data analytics or a solution with a subscription-based sales model.

  • Ability to pick up the phone, establish credibility and build rapport.

  • A team-player with strong interpersonal skills, resilience and ‘can do’ attitude.

  • Enjoys working towards and achieving weekly and monthly targets.

  • An interest in technology and innovation would be advantageous.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Knowledge of HubSpot and is desired.

  • Focused on building high value leads and qualifying pipelines working in partnership with the European sales and marketing team.

  • Actively uses metrics to monitor performance and understand results and drivers.
