Reference #: 127583 As the Senior Program Manager, Benefits you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing benefit programs and initiatives aligned with our organizational objectives. You will work independently, yet collaboratively, to develop operational strategies and procedures to build a strong benefit operations framework. Your project managementskills will be essential in leading diverse benefit projects that can span multiple countries with cross functional stakeholders.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in benefits administration, program management, project management or related field.

What Will You Be Doing in This Role?
Contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of benefit programs, systems, and strategies.
Design standardized benefit operations processes and oversee deployment to stakeholders.
Lead and manage benefits projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and in-country benefit analysts to develop project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Analyse and evaluate program risks, producing reports for managers and stakeholders.
Lead a team of 2-3 benefit analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.

Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in the Eastern Time Zone, with flexibility to accommodate global time zones. This role offers a hybrid work model.
