Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role involves performing financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making processes. The successful candidate will be instrumental in analyzing financial data, creating financial models, preparing financial reports, and developing forecasting tools.
Responsibilities
• Perform financial forecasting and budgeting to support business planning and decision-making processes
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision-making and strategic planning
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain financial performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business operations
• Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement
• Develop forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis
• Analyze payroll and compare to budget and forecast
• Identify and recommend strategies to improve financial performance and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role
• Proficient in CapEx and CRM
• Strong knowledge of Data Mining Techniques
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions
• Experience with 'About Time' software
• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in Budget Processes and Expense Reporting
• Strong finance and accounting skills
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
