Cox Enterprises Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: R202445395 Cox Enterprises  is currently looking for a  Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst  to join our team.  This is a remote, work-from-home role. You must be located in the Eastern Time Zone or Central Time Zone in the United States.  If you reside in the Atlanta, Georgia area, your schedule is a mix of work-from-office/work-from-home.

The Role:

The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst drives a best-in-class function by aligning reporting solutions with the needs and direction of the business. This role will be responsible for strategic oversight of all Talent Acquisition-related reporting from the Talent Acquisition Tech Stack.

Responsibilities:

Identify, consolidate, vet, and shape all Talent Acquisition reporting needs (Workday, Beamery, Tableau, etc.) Reporting Subject Matter Expert for Talent Acquisition. Collaborate with the People Analytics and Talent Acquisition teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and dashboards. Translate how process and system changes impact metrics and reports. Partner with People Analytics to design and develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards that provide a real time view of talent acquisition metrics. Generate ad-hoc reports, as needed. Ensure data accuracy and integrity between our Talent Acquisition Tech Stack and Tableau dashboards. Translate data and reports into actionable insights for CTA, identify opportunities to broaden storytelling with the business and our Talent Intelligence teams. Provide training and guidance to Talent Acquisition on how to utilize reports and dashboards. Be the data steward for CTA in partnership with HRTS Security to ensure the right people have access to the right data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a talent acquisition or data reporting role. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field. Experience formulating recommendations and influencing leadership on and through data. Experience with Enterprise Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Expert skills within Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively. Experience creating and delivering executive level presentations, developing communications and communicating to cross-functional audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Talent Acquisition. Experience with Workday and Tableau. Experience defining, building, and monitoring talent acquisition.

USD 64,200.00 - 96,400.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $64,200.00 - $96,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
