Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Software Engineer in Phoenix, AZ.
Job Role and Responsibility: Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., CIO Technology Group is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to establish, refine, document, and execute strategic roadmap for the Wells Fargo Enterprise Document Conversation capabilities including document viewing, document indexing, accessibility, transformation, and storage; Lead engineers in the research, proof of concept, development, and enhancement of new and existing proprietary technologies; Develop proprietary enterprise capabilities internally within the organization; Engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise; Serve as a leadership Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the company’s Enterprise Content Management Center of Excellence technologies and disseminate specialized knowledge to colleagues; Build, implement, and integrate Microservices to quickly and efficiently onboard partners to the Wells Fargo proprietary Enterprise Content Management platform; Provide Level 2 and 3 production platform support to address application and infrastructure resiliency and address defects and performance issues; and Maintain compliance and technical hygiene. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related technical field plus five years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving software engineering.
Specific skills required:
• 5 years of experience with Java, Spring framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, IBM MQ, Snowbound, Crawford, iText, Leadtools, OpenText - Output Transformation Server, image capture/indexing, SOAP and REST web services, performance testing, Apache Tomcat, JSON, Oracle, SQL, GIT, and Jenkins
• 3 years of experience with Apache Kafka, Amazon S3, IBM ConnectDirect – NDM, and infrastructure architecture disciplines

Salary: $143,416 - $197,500
