Description
Growing firm with a national footprint have partnered with Robert Half Legal in their search of a skilled contract to hire Legal Secretary to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities:
3+ Years of experience - employment litigation experience is nice to have
Provide secretarial support to a team of 3-4 Attorneys, handling tasks independently as well as part of a team.
Format legal documents
Handle e-filing for both state (AZ) and Federal legal documents.
Manage the docketing and calendaring system, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Type 60WPM+ able to accurately transcribe
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary for at least 3 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook
• Demonstrated experience in Calendar Management, Dictation, and Documentation
• Ability to type over 60 words per minute
• Experience in managing calendars, including maintaining and managing a docket calendar
