EXOS Operations Manager, Sport in Phoenix, Arizona
Job Summary:
The Exos Sport business is dedicated to providing high performance coaching to professional, collegiate, youth and adult athletes interested in reaching their performance goals. The Manager of Sport Operations will support the Exos Sport business, and will be responsible for all front of house operations. The opportunity will have unique exposure to our leadership team, and will help facilitate high profile events focused on selling the full suite of Exos products across all business lines.
As the Manager of Sports Operations, you will report into the VP of Operations, Sport, and will be based onsite at our Phoenix, AZ headquarters.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Ensure that all Exos teams are providing consistent and quality experiences to our clients & visitors, recommend strategies for improvement & implement changes that enhance that experience.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensure consistent quality assurance, and maintain high standards of operational excellence through regular reviews.
Support high-performance coaching programs and services for a diverse range of athletes by managing the athlete intake process.
Provide operational support for NFL combine training to ensure efficient and effective execution.
Logistics
Responsible for event management logistics, including setup, scheduling, coordinating, and creating the desired experience.
Manage logistics for special VIP events, internal education events, athlete experience events, combine, and training events.
Oversee and manage systems related to front of house operations to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
Assess and recommend resource requirements for various operations and events.
Recommend strategies for improvement and implement changes that enhance operational success.
Manage front desk staff (currently one)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
3+ years of experience of event management within a hospitality or corporate setting
Ability to work collaboratively with others, including coaches, clients, and other professionals in the field.
Passion for sports and a commitment to excellence in sports performance training.
