Understand the needs and goals of customers, utilizing the information for material purchases required for the targeted factory build. Evaluate and streamline the material purchasing process. Negotiate payment and pricing terms with key material and equipment vendors. Supply chain management including logistics and import. Ensure that clients are satisfied ith the BOM and has site input considered in the material purchasing arrangements. Attend regular team meeting to determine vendor status. Address and work with the team to resolve any potential issues arising from material or equipment vendors. Create, plan, and implement a continuous improvement process for vendors incorporating client feedback. Provide ad hoc analysis on review the performance of a vendor based on data-driven measures.
