How you will contribute:

The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for driving franchise sales growth through execution of sales strategies. Collaborates with Regional Business Director and various customer facing team members to ensure patients are supported through their HAE journey. Drive demand generation efforts through a focus on healthcare professionals. The HCPs should be educated and informed on Takeda brands, TAKHZYRO, CINRYZE, FIRAZYR, and KALBITOR for Hereditary Angioedema patients. This position requires daytime as well as evening and weekend activities, and the ability to manage through the complexity of the HAE marketplace (distribution, site of care). This individual works closely with third party specialty pharmacies to ensure patients receive access to therapy. The candidate must compliantly adhere to all policies and guidelines and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and exudes Takeda culture and values.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

o Clinical sales background with a Bachelor of Science degree (minimum)

o 7+ years of demonstrated successful relevant healthcare experience in managing and being accountable for own business.

o Knowledge of and/or experience in Immunology is highly desirable.

o Biotech experience desirable.

o Experience with Specialty Pharmacy is encouraged.

o Demonstrated ability to work across various organizational functions.

o Results driven- a track record of results and compliance throughout career.

o Demonstrated understanding of customers motivations and needs.

o Demonstrated business acumen and strong knowledge of sales processes.

o Background that showcases strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as negotiation and presentation skills.

o Demonstrated organizational, and territory planning skills are required.

o Track record of displaying the ability to thrive both in team and individual contributor settings.

o Effective at acquiring, analyzing and interpreting customer data to create effective sales strategies.

o Demonstrated change agility skills and experiences required.

o Demonstrated results in influencing HCPs to prescribe, and launch experience a plus.

Expectations:

o Conduct patient and physician engagement on evenings and weekends, including the execution of Peer to Peer programming.

o Requirement to support conventions and meetings supporting Immunology.

Up to 70% Travel Required.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$138,400.00 - $190,300.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
