Responsibilities

IVY BRAIN TUMOR CENTER

The Ivy Brain Tumor Center is a non-conventional, non-profit program offering state-of-the-art clinical trials for patients with the most aggressive form of brain cancer. It is home to the largest collection of Phase 0 trials for brain tumors in the world. Our multidisciplinary team of brain tumor specialists and scientists are accelerating drug discovery and precision medicine in neuro-oncology to identify the most promising first-in-class therapies for brain tumor patients.

The Grants Project Manager supports post award administration and management. This individual is responsible for the proper accounting of external and internal grants.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the oversight of grant budgets; collaborate closely with Investigators Program Manager and Finance Team.

• Track and monitor grant activity to ensure compliance.

• Provide updates and reports related to grant activity.

• Assist with the purchasing process including completing necessary paperwork and review of charges.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Clinical background with a minimum of 5 yrs of experience in clinical research operations and/or administration.

  • 8 yrs of clinical research-related experience preferred.

Education:

  • BSN or other Bachelor's prepared healthcare related licensure or an equivalent combination of education and/or job related experience.

  • Master's Degree in Healthcare related field preferred.

  • Certification in Healthcare Research Compliance through the Health Care Compliance Association (HCAA) preferred.

Special Skills

Critical thinking, attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, listening, public speaking , problem solving ability, and organizational skills.

Strong knowledge of FDA, ICH, OIG, and OCR regulations.

Pay Range

$30.55 - $44.30 /hour
