F/T Senior Manager Marketing and E-Commerce sought by Leslies Poolmart, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ. Position will serve as a key member of the Leslies Marketing team playing a significant role in planning, insights, marketing optimization efforts and business strategy. Essential functions: Collaborate with Marketing Director, Analytics Director and CRM Analyst to drive impactful and innovative marketing programs across our brands, channels and vehicles; Manage CRM Analyst as they navigate through big data, measurement methodology and delivering results; Deliver analysis and insights that will help achieve growth and retention targets. This role will allow the autonomy to make proposals and design testing scenarios; Utilize customer and marketing data to analyze performance and help Director of CRM to develop plans for acquisition, retention, win back and other campaigns designed to increase lifetime value; Provide insights that will drive incremental revenue, transactions and engagement with a focus on more relevant and target interactions; Lead the CRM Analyst in managing a cross-brand/cross-channel customer file ensuring accuracy and up to date reporting; Work with Analytics Team to identify different customer profiles and segments, and carry out the optimization of CRM/marketing activities across those groups; Lead the business in becoming more targeted and strategic in the content being delivered to our customers; Identify and analyze key trends and factors that influence behavior and value; Initiate analysis and efforts that will improve and modernize our marketing campaigns and efforts; Collaborate with Analytics/marketers on modeling and analysis of tactics/campaigns to determine the best mix of channels and messaging; Partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value; Serve as key BI and IT liaison. Establish effective field and corporate communications regarding campaign reporting. Supervisory Duties. Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field. Requires 2 years of experience as a Senior Manager CRM Analytics, Analytics Manager, Business Intelligence Developer, or related Engineer position. Requires 2 years of experience in: Leading one or more direct reports; Marketing/CRM Management, Statistics, Consulting, Marketing Analytics, Data Engineering or Business Intelligence; Cross-channel and cross-platform marketing and media landscape and experience evolving analytics and measurement capabilities; Statistical languages (SQL and Python required) to retrieve/interpret large data sets; Synthesizing large scale data sets to generate insights and recommendations; Problem-solving and structuring problems into an analytics plan; Managing multiple projects and working with multiple business partners; Machine learning modeling techniques and capabilities; SQL and the ability to develop complex queries from-scratch; Understanding table structure, and table relationships; Creation and production of both static and dynamic reports. Requires 1 year of experience in: Retrieving large data sets and the analytical activities required to validate findings and present impactful recommendations; Programming logic and database design; Project and time management to lead projects from concept to fruition.
