FirstBank is currently recruiting quality candidates to enter our Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you can move into a stimulating management position within a short period of time. Our Management Training Program lasts six months, with promotion to Banking Officer upon successful completion of the program. FirstBank officers are involved in all areas of bank management including: lending, financial analysis, customer service, operations and personnel management, as well as business development and sales to increase bank growth and profitability. FirstBank has a policy of promoting from within, which provides excellent opportunities for career advancement.

Successful candidates are hard-working, honest, motivated and possess good customer service skills. A four-year business degree or MBA, with courses in accounting and finance, and a minimum grade point average of 3.0 are required. The program start dates are January 14, 2019 and March 11, 2019.
Bilingual in Spanish is required.
Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise levels and light to heavy traffic. An employee in this position:
• Frequently remains stationary throughout a typical business day
• Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
• Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other rooms
• Occasionally positions self to access drawers and shelves of various heights
• Frequently reaches for and handles paperwork and files
• Constantly communicates with customers, coworkers, and management in-person and on the phone
• Must be able to exchange accurate information.
