McDonald's Maintenance Technician Position in PINEVILLE, Louisiana
We are looking for a self-starter Field service technician to
deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive
satisfaction by routine performed maintenance while providing technical support
within the Marks Organization McDonald’s restaurants. Travel between the two McDonald's restaurants in Pineville, La.. The Technician must possess the ability to
trouble-shoot and work to resolve issues with the least amount of disruption to
daily service in the restaurant, maximizing customer retention to increases
profitability.
Job Responsibilities:

Performs mechanical tasks and or projects
including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and
repair of production machines.

Maintenance Technician will oversee planned
maintenance and emergency repairs of the restaurant decor, cooking equipment,
refrigeration equipment, heating and air condition, lot & lobby, and
overseeing overall store cleanliness and maintenance.

Executes daily work orders, including but not
limited to preventative maintenance, installation of new equipment, and majority
will be equipment repairs.

Calling equipment companies to provide technical
support Identifying and communicating parts needed to repair tools and
equipment.
·
Observing all safety rules and maintain a clean
and orderly working area
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience
High School diploma or equivalent & Vocational training
Experience in HVAC , mechanics, electricity, plumbing, hydraulics, and/or using a variety of hand tools and machines.
Technical and mechanical knowledge
Must be able to follow Verbal & Electronic instructions/description
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for hours at a time
Ability to travel between store locations
Ability to adapt to dynamic work schedules and flexible shifts
Superb customer service, communication and self-management skills
