Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare company, is looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its team in our Pittsburgh (North Hills) office.

This role Supports and maintains leaves of absence and accommodations for a multi-state operation; provides support and guidance to HR management team; and, compiles and assists with complex data reports and summaries.

Requirements

  • Minimum three to five years' leave administration required
  • Experience with ADP (i.e., Workforce Now) strongly preferred
  • Excellent MS Excel skills -- pivot tables, vlookups, complex spreadsheets, etc.
  • Strong reporting background and understanding of HR processes and data analytics required
  • High degree of technical ability and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, well-developed oral and written communication skills essential for interacting with current employees
  • Meticulous attention to detail, commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and professional ethics and ability to work independently and take initiative when required
  • Bachelor's degree business administration or related field required
