ATI is seeking a results-driven Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team, responsible for the analysis and administration of compensation programs that support ATI’s compensation philosophy. This role is located at our corporate headquarters in Dallas or our Enterprise Resource Center in Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining our competitive edge in the market, helping to attract, retain, and develop top talent for a growing, world-class manufacturing company servicing the global aerospace and defense markets.

Performance Objectives

  1. Compensation Data:

  2. Ensure accuracy in job pricing, survey participation, and internal equity analysis.

  3. Maintain and track sensitive HRIS data with a strong emphasis on data integrity.

  4. Utilize compensation benchmarking tools to analyze compensation structure and policies including market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.

  5. Effective Administration of Compensation Projects and Programs:

  6. Successfully administer annual merit, bonus, and long-term incentive programs within specified timeframes.

  7. Assist with the development and delivery of training for various employee Total Reward programs, enhancing employee understanding and engagement.

  8. Participate in special projects, driving initiatives such as Pay for Performance and the development of the Total Rewards Portal.

  9. Support the administration of company policies, including Global Mobility and Employee Recognition, ensuring compliance and effective implementation.

  10. Communication and Stakeholder Satisfaction:

  11. Conduct internal equity analyses to provide data-driven salary recommendations for new hires and internal promotions.

  12. Effectively communicate with HR business partners and collaborate with other HR functions to support continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing overall HR service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation administration and/or analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn additional programs.

  • Strong understanding of compensation models, salary surveys, and industry benchmarks.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret compensation data and trends.

  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities and projects.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in simple terms.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid role with approximately 60-70% in-person attendance and 1-2 days remote work.

  • Requires minimal travel.
