Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for the coordination of various marketing programs including the online Community Relations system, de novo marketing and planning for new office growth and success, Event Management for FNB in the community, Top Workplace advertising and collateral development, on hold phone messaging; line of business marketing coordination including Workplace Banking and Small Business. Support for other marketing functions including the Financial Education program, online Promo Shop, Marketing Support inbox and vendor management.

Primary Responsibilities: Coordinates and develops strategies associated with the growth and success of new de novo office locations including promotional ideas, regularly scheduled management meetings, tactic development, progress and goal tracking, community event recommendations and continued development of the Marketing de novo playbook.

Manages the company's Community Relations system for activities and sponsorships that impact our corporate and brand image. Provides constant assessment and improvement recommendations to management on streamlining the online process and ensures all aspects of system requests are fulfilled in a timely manner in accordance to requested deadlines.

Provides guidance and leadership to regional management on conducting effective and successful events in our communities related to grand openings, open houses, sponsorships, tabling events, etc. Collaborates with and advises market leadership on best practices in order to portray the FNB brand in the most positive manner. Coordinates activities in sync with the Marketing Manager.

Coordinates all Marketing activities associated with the company's regional designations of Top Workplace including all advertising purchased or placed and collaborates with local leadership on their support and attendance of Top Workplace events associated with our recognition.

Strategically aligns with the Workplace Banking Manager to address any marketing needs for promotional materials and support in an effort to promote our program. Provides counseling for impactful and effective offsite events that are in line with FNB brand and event best practices.

Manages and coordinates the company On-Hold Phone Messaging program to insure consistency with current promotions or strategic initiatives. Works with various lines of business to verify and properly position messaging that supports their current goals.

Offers departmental support for various daily aspects as needed including the Marketing Support inbox, Promo Shop oversight, Financial Education research, vendor management and small business marketing related tasks.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
