Job Description
Looking for a Support Technician with some mechanical skills to join our team. The Systems Integrator/Engineer will work closely with the User Studies team to understand ongoing issues with capture stages and correct these issues to keep the stages operational for external participants. Additional responsibilities include:
* Providing onsite troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for the capture systems during the capture process.
o Maintain and address component bugs and issues
o Analyze frequent failures and make suggestions for how to solve these issues
o Create lasting solutions for frequent or recurring issues.
o Assembly support for system upgrades.
* Escalate any non-standard issues to the appropriate Client team using an internal issue reporting tool.
* Helping to maintain system documentation
* Setup and strike equipment for pilots
* Collect data to verify component performance
* Communicating with Capture Techs

Skills and Requirements
-Mechanical Engineering degree or exposure to a role/project utilizing mechanical skills.
-Experience in IT server support and troubleshooting
-Exposure to CAD and 3D printing/fabrication
-Experience in a production management systems writing detailed technical documentation null
