Berkshire Health Systems Manager - Front Desk & Business Operations in Pittsfield, Massachusetts
DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
The Manager of Front Desk and Business Operations is a leader within the medical group that contributes to the achievement of improved quality, patient experience, productivity, efficiency, and a rewarding work environment. Specifically, the Manager will partner with practices to design and implement workflows and programming that results in best-in-class front desk and business operations. The Manager researches and guides innovations aided by technology, workforce solutions, and scheduling methods that result in improved access, patient experience, and revenue cycle performance.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in medical office front desk, business operaitons or practice management required
Education and Training:
- Bachelor’s degree required
Expertise in practice management software applications, patient access management strategies, insurance and/or revenue cycle required.
Demonstrated experience leading successful teams and working collaboratively with other departments and staff at all levels
License, Certification & Registration:
- None
Other Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
