FULL TIME POSITION AT OUR PITTSFIELD LOCATION Partner with parents to facilitate evidence-based program (Parents as Teachers) to families with young children in Berkshire County. The right candidate uses their own lived experience to better connect and engage with individuals who are being served.
BA in early childhood or related field preferred; experience as home visitor or in family support may substitute. Knowledge of child development and parenting, ability to engage/partner with all families, data tracking and partnership with community resources important. Fluency in English, Spanish, French or Portuguese required.
