Electromechanical parts manufacturing client is looking for an Engineering Support Mananger to focus on leading a customer service and applications engineering-related team focused on supporting electromechanical components and order entry. The goal of the role is to increase customer satisfaction from an engineering/technical perspective. Engineering (BSME) background a must. 5+ years of experience related to supporting products in a manufacturing environment ideal. Excellent benefits

responsibilities:
Lead Support Representatives and Application Engineers, including, goal setting, evaluating performance, coaching, and training to enhance and improve effectiveness in working with our customers.
Support Engineers and Repsin efforts to build on current customer needs and grow the business by partnering with customer's corporate engineering on product solutions
Responsible for leadership over the integration of electromechanical automation equipment
Support Sales and Service activities by providing technical solutions
Lead a group of support specialists
Monitor order entry and quoting process flow and responsiveness.
