Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The Local Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for knowing and tracking all messaging within every restaurant and market and providing strategy and implementation support for new messaging. This position will work closely with the local marketing teams, RSO marketing teams and cross-functional teams to keep them informed of the current strategy and ensure system and local messaging priorities are supported and are relevant.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Reviews and tracks marketing messages at the local restaurant level including point-of-purchase (POP), video screens, the music program, and more

• Leads the exploration and implementation of a new system to track and manage all marketing messages at the local restaurant level

• Supports the tracking and management of restaurants specs, specific to marketing needs

• Works with the local team to understand customer base and local trade area nuances that may influence/impact marketing messaging and ambiance

• Partners with RSO teams to understand system and regional campaign messaging layers and campaign elements in order to develop a recommendation for local restaurant messaging and any additional assets needs to bring campaigns to life locally

• Works with the local team and RSO cross functional teams to develop a communication strategy for restaurants in new markets

• Routes all communication strategy recommendations through proper channels for approval

• Works with the production team to ensure correct assets are planned and delivered for all restaurants, which may include leading the request process for unique creative to support local needs

• Brings any missing asset needs to light for the RSO marketing team to address

• Supports the development and execution of additional programs, tools, meetings, and projects that support restaurant marketing

Requirements for Success:

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing-related role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Communications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing

• Self-driven, flexible and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

• Experience with implementing new tools and processes to support the business

• Experience tracking and managing a large amount of information and data points

• Experience managing the development and deployment of physical assets/signage

• Microsoft proficient: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
