JPMorgan Chase Sr. Product Associate - Deposits 2.0 in Plano, Texas

As a Senior Product Associate in our Deposit 2.0 team you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions focused on modernizing our firmwide core deposit platform. The Deposit 2.0 team operates as an agile team within the Consumer Bank, sitting at the intersection of product, business and technology. This role will work cross-functionally to drive business outcomes while putting customer experience front and center. You will act as a product analyst and work with supporting products across the Firm to adopt interface and interoperability patterns, align product and modernization roadmaps and ensure readiness to develop interfaces related to Deposits 2.0. If you have proven experience launching successful software products in dynamic, consumer-facing companies, passion for improving people's financial lives, the ability to craft and deliver creative solutions to challenging (but exciting) problems, then we are looking for you!

Job responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintain strong relationships across many product teams on the path to delivering Deposit 2.0

  • Responds to interface and interoperability discovery requests from journeys and capabilities teams

  • Ensures that interface and interoperability patterns get applied properly in target state designs, while establishing processes to track and manage exceptions to Deposits 2.0 interface standards

  • Coordinates with the interface and interoperability workstreams to refine the 'core interface layer' and 'interoperability patterns' as needed based on the variations of individual journeys and capabilities

  • Engages supporting product teams to align timelines and ensure their readiness to develop required interfaces associated with Deposit's 2.0 customer journeys and capabilities

  • Continuously seeks a meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility, while managing the delivery timeline

  • Manages work in a highly organized, flexible manner, while staying focused on critical scope

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of product management experience and a proven track record of launching and iterating on successful products through agile delivery that span multiple consumer touch-points and form factors

  • Experience working with business application owners and development teams to document business requirements, lead scope definition, drive technical implementation, and operational readiness.

  • Ability to document both business and technical needs including application dependencies and flows

  • An intellectual curiosity surrounding new technologies, the competitive environment, and driving change at scale

  • Scrappy, versatile personality type with high resiliency and a drive for success and a willingness to pitch in wherever necessary to get the job done

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Proficient in JIRA

  • Consumer banking products/payments/fintech experience is a plus
