Description
Supervisory Responsibilities:
People: None other than self.
Data: Pace data collection and job reports.
Things: All bindery equipment.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Daily bindery operations.
Specific Responsibilities:
Assists operators with the operation of all bindery equipment.
Jogs, stacks and straps product off stitchers and inserters.
Assist with all bindery equipment set-up.
Assists with bindery equipment maintenance.
Straps, bags and palletizes mail.
Loads trucks with mail or printed products.
Maintains a "customer-comes-first" environment with pro-active commitment to internal and external customer service.
Actively participates in all safety training sessions, applies safe practices to job tasks, and reports all safety concerns and incidents to management as quickly as possible.
Participates in the Great Game of Business.
All other job duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
What do you need to join our team?
A high school diploma or equivalent
Enjoy working with a production team
Mechanical knowledge to assist with maintenance
Basic reading and math skills
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
