JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: The Office of Admission and Recruitment at UW-Platteville seeks a Transfer Articulation Specialist. This position works closely with internal and external partners to maintain and manage transfer guides, articulation agreements, and course equivalencies. The Transfer Articulation Specialist is responsible for maintaining course equivalencies in the Transfer Evaluation System and managing UW-Platteville\'s instance of Transferology. This role is pivotal in supporting the enrollment of incoming students by assuring students, faculty, and staff have access to the most accurate and up-to-date information. The individual in this role will represent the Office of Admissions and Recruitment as well as the University to various constituents, including prospective students and their families, representatives from schools and community-based organizations, campus faculty and staff as well as current students. This is a full-time, , and eligible position. Salary range for this position is \$40,000 - \$42,000 per year commensurate with qualifications and experience. Responsibilities: Monitor and proactively seek updates to transfer guides, articulation agreements, and course equivalencies. Monitor course equivalencies utilizing the Transfer Evaluation System (TES), online course catalogs, syllabi, and by working closely with transfer review staff, academic chairpersons, assistants to the deans, and other academic advisors. Coordinate updates with academic departments as transfer guides, articulation agreements, and course equivalencies age. Communicate with university and two-year campus partners as changes are considered and decided. Attend the UW transfer coordinators meetings to stay up-to-date on current practices Provide ongoing professional development for Admission and Recruitment staff and other staff/faculty who work closely with incoming transfer students. Identify program, needs, contribute to the development of unit workflows, schedule logistics and secure resources for meetings, events, and interviews. Serve as primary Platteville administrator of the Transfer Evaluation System (TES) and Transferology.
