KLAS Enterprises Associate Researcher in Pleasant Grove, Utah

KLAS is looking for an Associate Researcher who is eager to engage with healthcare professionals to aid in critical data collection that shapes the future of healthcare services.

Our Associate Researchers are responsive, adaptable, and work well within a team to achieve objectives.

As an Associate Researcher you will:

  • Call and email healthcare providers to invite them to participate in our research

  • Schedule research calls according to provider availability

  • Take research calls as needed to best serve healthcare professionals

  • Provide an excellent customer experience with all whom we communicate to

  • Follow all documentation and tracking procedures for outreach activities and research

  • Participate in Outreach and Research Quality Assurance discussions with peers and leadership

  • Support team members in various outreach and research processes and projects

  • Attend team and company meetings

  • All other duties as assigned

    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Proactive performance of assignments and accomplishment oriented

  • Excellent written & verbal communication

  • Strong interpersonal skills for external research calls

  • Strong prioritization and ownership for outreach processes

  • Always looking for ways to create efficiencies and improve processes

  • Organized and efficient conducting daily outreach

  • Possess a high user ability with MS Outlook and Excel

  • Experienced knowledge with Salesforce (preferred)

  • Knowledge with Calendly is a plus

  • Comfortable sharing and receiving candid feedback

    Experience:

  • Customer relations experience

  • Administrative skills

  • Remote work experience a plus

  • Clinical experience is not required but valuable

  • Knowledge of other KLAS teams is not required but valuable

    Education:

  • Some higher education preferred

    Pay starts at $18.00 an hour.  KLAS Research has a hybrid work policy to allow team members to work both remotely and in the office. This flexible approach provides team members with a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work autonomy. Hybrid work is defined as two full days expected in-office.
