JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reporting to the Senior Manager Total Rewards, the Payroll Specialist will consist of processing a bi-weekly payroll timely and accurately for a multi-state organization, maintaining the time and attendance system to ensure accurate data, and elevating our payroll operations. The Payroll Specialist requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is based out of our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Pleasant Prairie, WI. Leads the accurate and timely execution of payroll operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This encompasses the management of salaries, benefits, taxes, deductions, and other compensation elements. Develops and maintains a Benefits Cost Analysis spreadsheet, capturing all related invoices and payments. Takes responsibility for the creation, implementation, and upkeep of payroll policies, aligning with legal standards and organizational goals.
