(Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position) Daikin's Rental Team is growing! We are looking for a Rental Solutions Manager to drive continued growth. In this new and exciting position, you will support our Solution Sales Reps (SSRs), and our 3rd party rental partners to make sure that we are providing the right solution and the right equipment to meet the needs of our rental business customers. The rental business is fast paced and ever-changing - this critical individual will need to have the ability respond quickly and effectively to time sensitive rental requests. Key Responsibilities Include: Provide knowledgeable recommendations to fulfill a wide range of rental requests Ensure that we have the proper equipment on hand to meet customer needs Communicate with sales teams to ensure that our customers have the equipment they need when they need it Being able to deal with change management Minimum Requirements: 5+ Years of Rental Solutions experience Knowledge of Applied HVAC equipment Travel will be 10%-20% What's In It For You: Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much more!
