RESPONSIBILITIES:
collaborating with different teams to maintain, develop and improve quality management system at the regional level
analyzing and reporting of quality indicators
supporting individual locations in understanding and application of quality tools
managing projects aimed at optimizing processes (both production and business)
promoting quality culture by defining and managing various quality initiatives
conducting quality trainings
REQUIREMENTS:
higher education, preferably technical
good command of English, both spoken and written
knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001:2015 standard
practical knowledge of common quality tools
excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and interact across all levels
analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions and make data-based decisions
proficiency in MS Office – Excel & Power Point
experience in managing projects and/or large-scale events - would be appreciated
independent, self-disciplined, and well-organized
