ManpowerGroup Pump Assembly Mechanic in Port Orange, Florida

Our client, a leading manufacturer of mechanical equipment, is seeking an Assembly Pump Mechanic to join their team. As an Assembly Pump Mechanic, you will be part of the Assembly Department supporting the Production Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be a team player, and have a desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Pump Assembly Mechanic

Location: Port Orange, FL

Pay Range: $19 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Build new pumps, provide assistance in the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and controls.

  • Maintain test standards and equipment in accordance with ISO procedures.

  • Know, understand, and abide by environmental policies.

  • Use specialized equipment such as tape measure, band saw, hand grinders, steam cleaner etc.

  • Perform basic metalworking duties such as measuring, cutting, grinding, drilling and deburring parts.

What's Needed?

  • Responsible for following all safety regulations at all work areas and job sites.

  • Responsible for representing the company in a professional, respectful, honest, and courteous manner with customers and co-workers.

  • Must have good working knowledge of D.C. electrical systems and troubleshooting.

  • Requires the ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshooting guides.
