The Wholesale team works with our customers one-on-one, developing professional relationships based on trust and care.

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Planning Analyst will be responsible for contributing to profit and growth of the Wholesale Division by supporting the business planning function. This individual will mine data and produce reports, metrics and analyses to maximize the performance and efficiency of the planning process. Measure and forecast performance for all the channels of trade and suggest actions to achieve financial objectives (maximizing sales potential and fill rates). Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect weekly forecast from different channels of trade, partnering with the respective business planners.

  • Consolidate forecast into weekly plans to track gaps vs. commercial and financial targets.

  • Analyze and reforecast sales targets on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis for each Channel of Trade.

  • Discuss weekly plans with three different distribution centers supporting the North American Wholesale business.

  • Conducts and provides analysis of key performance indicators (KPI) among main customers and channels of trade.

  • Works with each Channel of Trade to create report templates and dashboards, based upon KPIs and metrics required for regular and efficient monitoring of sales performance.

  • Works with sales operations, warehouse and inventory planning to research and implement necessary supply chain requirements and streamlining opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

  • 2+ years’ experience in similar roles

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills to provide statistics and metrics.

  • Ability to forecast, analyze and turn data into useful insights.

  • Quantitative approach to discussion

  • Excel – ability to create complex spreadsheets using advanced formulas (V-lookups, IF statements, macros). Advanced skills using pivot table.

  • Database - Ability to manage/mine data from multiple sources to create necessary reports, build and manipulate queries.

  • Excellent communication skills and coordination capabilities

  • Ability to drive conversation and influence peers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience with SAP and/or Business Objects is a plus but not needed.

  • A general understanding of the fashion and accessories industry is a plus.

​Pay Range: 60,546.40 - 90,988.40

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
