Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial and Residential Painter and Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will not only perform high-quality painting work on various surfaces in both commercial and residential settings but also lead a team of painters. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results. Job Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise a team of painters, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed. * Select, mix, and apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using various techniques. * Coordinate daily tasks and assign responsibilities to crew members. * Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues promptly. * Communicate effectively with clients and employees verbally and in writing. * Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: * Commercial and residential painting experience, including interior and exterior * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Previous leadership or supervisory experience * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position * Knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and safety standards * Pass a background check and drug testing * Must have drivers license
