As part of the site Quality Team, you will support elements of the site’s quality system, including management of supplier quality, consumer complaints, document control, process control and general quality losses. While taking ownership in your area of work, you’ll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.
How you will contribute
Participate, conduct and coach teams through internal investigations and root cause analyses, as per the internal CAPA procedures for any quality compliance incidents including, quality of incoming materials, consumer & customer complaints, out of specification results, internal audits and factory/GMP issues, extraneous matter incidents.
Lead continuous improvement of quality system and product quality and conformance to specification through analysis of data and evaluation of trends through use of statistical analysis
Have knowledge of TPM methodologies and QM Pillar
Act as a quality resource for AM and PM pillar deployment
Actively manage and support any day to day quality related activities
Reporting and trending of incident, non-conforming product and consumer complaints
Drive continuous improvement in quality systems
Drive supplier quality related communication and related activities
Work with others to improve processes and systems through innovation, effective change control, research, and auditing

Job specific requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality related field preferred
Knowledge of relevant Food Safety and Regulatory requirements
Working knowledge of statistics, root cause analysis, and corrective action process
Education:
Bachelor's Degree: Food Science/Engineering/Biology/Quality or other relevant sciences (Required )
HACCP certification (Preferred)
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (Weekends Flexibility)
