Insight Global Sales Executive (Enterprise) in Portland, Oregon

Job Description

Insight Global is partnering with a rapidly growing technology company based in Portland, Oregon. This organization is building out their Sales function and is looking for a motivated Sales Executive (Enterprise). You will be part of the sales team, responsible for prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with their Enterprise clients. You must demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture. This position offers a salary of $70,000-80,000 with a commission structure based off the percentage of quota reached by the Sales Executives, as well as a benefits package.

Your main responsibilities

* Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities that will allow you to exceed your targets. Manage your own forecast to track progress.

* Work with the team to prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts with attention to detail.

* Conduct outbound cold-calls to potential new customers to identify and close business opportunities.

* Partner closely with SDR's to close on qualified opportunities within a new territory.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of proposal development.

* Assist in managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing timely follow-ups.

* Continually build a pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

* Become an authority on PayRange products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.

* Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in our CRM system.

* Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a Sales Executive role, with a focus on closing identified opportunities

* Experience selling/partnering with Enterprise organizations

* Strong experience prospecting, cold-calling, scheduling and qualifying business opportunities

* Comfortable within a start-up environment, helping establish processes within a Sales environment.

* Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a passion for null
