Clarkson University Assistant Vice President of Internationa in Potsdam, New York
Position Summary: The temporary position (1 year) for the Assistant Vice President of International and Graduate Enrollment (AVP) will report to and work closely with the VP of Enrollment to develop and implement admission goals and strategies. The AVP will maintain primary responsibility for all University goals related to the recruitment of students and providing leadership in the Office of Enrollment. The AVP will design, implement and administer appropriate procedures to make the transition of these students to Clarkson as seamless as possible. The AVP will supervise, train and manage a goal-oriented admissions team. Work to establish professional goals and key performance indicators for staff and perform performance reviews. Work closely with each educational department as well as financial aid to ensure the admission process runs smoothly.
Minimum Qualifications: A masters required; a valid drivers license is required. This position requires at least 4 years of experience as a chief enrollment officer with a minimum of 10 years of admission experience.
Range: $80,000-$112,000 based on experience
