Newell Brands Customer Service Coordinator (German & English) in Poznan, Poland

Position title: Customer Service Coordinator (German & English)

Location: Poznań, Poland

Reports to: Team Leader, Customer Service

Contract type: Permanent, Full-time

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide service for business customers / partners of Newell Brands in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

You will serve as a point of contact for assigned business customers, contributing to timely and effective delivery of orders and high-quality service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Phone and email contact with business partners

  • Processing customers’ orders in SAP

  • Collaboration with other departments incl. Sales and Distribution Center

  • Quick and efficient solving customers’ requests using Salesforce

  • Maintaining high standards of customer service

Requirements:

  • Fluent German and communicative English

  • Secondary education or university degree

  • Customer- and detail-oriented,

  • Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel

  • Customer service experience is an advantage,

  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus
