Position title: Customer Service Coordinator (German & English)
Location: Poznań, Poland
Reports to: Team Leader, Customer Service
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide service for business customers / partners of Newell Brands in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
You will serve as a point of contact for assigned business customers, contributing to timely and effective delivery of orders and high-quality service.
Key responsibilities:
Phone and email contact with business partners
Processing customers’ orders in SAP
Collaboration with other departments incl. Sales and Distribution Center
Quick and efficient solving customers’ requests using Salesforce
Maintaining high standards of customer service

Requirements:
Fluent German and communicative English
Secondary education or university degree
Customer- and detail-oriented,
Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel
Customer service experience is an advantage,
Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus
