As an SAP Controller for BAC Global Customer Success Sales, you'll learn to become a Business Unit Controller. You will learn the basics, building a foundation for your career journey in Controlling. You will learn to manage and lend your expertise in driving financial clarity across various dimensions of the organization, ensuring compliance and financial sustainability. The right team player for this role brings a want to learn, a passion for operational excellence, great attention to detail, ability to work others and an ability to connect with people across the organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in spreadsheet modeling, particularly Microsoft Excel (including Analytics for Office and/or Macros) and PowerPoint.

Your tasks will include:

• Leads financial activities such as forecasting, budgeting, reporting, analysis, and financial closing for Tier S / L2 organizational units

• Preparing and presenting the financial narrative to senior management supporting their business objectives

• Partnering on business transformation and changes to meet financial goals, highlighting potential risks and opportunities

• Ensures a high degree of financial transparency to facilitate data-informed business decisions

• Assist in business models and cases.

• Be a team player, building collaborative relationships and acting as part of One Team

To succeed in this role, you require a unique blend of skills:

• A degree or equivalent qualification, preferably concentrating on finance and controlling.

• Experience in finance, accounting, and financial planning - particularly in performing financial modelling and data analysis.

• Experience with SAP applications such as ISP, I4P, BW, SAC is preferred.

• Excellent command over English, both in written and spoken form.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
