Planning Lead – IM Process Excellence & Analytics expert

Connected to our self-care business unit, we are recruiting for a Planning Expert – IM Process Excellence who will be responsible for improving & standardizing planning processes for the Consumer EMEA region for self-care business.

In this role, you will constantly seek for improvements to make our supply chain more robust and resilient, lead or participate in projects to further strengthen our supply chain.

This position will report to Regional Planning lead and will be based in Prague.

What will you do

As a Planning Analyst for IM Process Excellence, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing planning processes for the Internal Manufacturing to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy, and strategic alignment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and implement best practices, streamline workflows, and enhance overall planning capabilities in are of IM Excellence. Your role will involve analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and leading initiatives to achieve optimal planning outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, standardization & implementation of planning processes like RCCP, material planning and other tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic alignment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, sales, and marketing, to gather input, define planning objectives, and ensure consensus on planning strategies.

  • Drive performance management by developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate planning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Eg of KPI : sOTIF, Slob, RLT etc.

  • Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps in planning processes, and propose and implement solutions to address them.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions, such as advanced analytics, Digital supply chain, artificial intelligence, and automation, to enhance planning capabilities.

  • Provide guidance and support to planning teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, training, and tools to execute their responsibilities effectively.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to understand their planning requirements and align strategies.

  • Prepare and present reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management, highlighting planning performance, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Procurement, Business Administration or Engineering with 5-6 years of experience.

  • Work experience in Supply Chain Planning

  • Very good communication in English

  • Strong analytical mind set and willingness to challenge status-quo

  • Team player with a positive mind set and abilities to connect with

  • Dynamic, self-driven, committed and resilient

  • Able to work in ambiguous environment where all variables/deliverables are not always clear

Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge in SAP R/3 and OMP strongly preferred

  • IT-literate (very strong excel user knowledge)
