The Renewal (Inside) Sales Rep is a part of a truly international team, your colleague are based in different European counties (Belgium, Germany, Spain and Czech). You will be a part of a team of 7 sales talents, reporting to Renewal Sales Manager based in Gent, Belgium.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Create service contract proposals for software and hardware, based on existing databases and following a well-defined process.

  • Responsible for negotiating renewal and incremental contract value and term-length directly with customers

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the renewal cycle

  • Work in close cooperation with the sales and aftercare teams to follow up with customers

  • Manage Inside sales opportunity funnel in Salesforce

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Fluency in German and English (C1 level), both written and spoken is required to be successful in this job.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

  • Experience in forecasting, reporting, and delivering results against targets.

  • Thrives in a fast paced, data & process-oriented environment while committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and nurturing strong relations.

  • Excellent planning and organization skills and ability to work independently.
