We are headquartered in the flourishing tech hub of Prague, Czech Republic, and our teams are spread across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India and Chile, among other locations.
We believe that design has a big impact on business and we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team. You will work strategically across multiple parts of the product experience by partnering with PM on design initiatives, and working closely with other design team members, with the ultimate goal being to increase the quality of our experience and improve and create new capabilities.

We’re looking for someone who is fascinated by understanding how people think and create with our platform, and then wants to be hands-on and build out the design vision and approach, working closely with the teams.
What we are looking for:
A designer who believes that working in diverse teams and with complex systems brings out even more creativity
Hands-on experience with design at all stages, from early discovery to final hand-off (e.g. wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, UI assets)
Passionate about problem solving and understanding complex systems
Desire to innovate, to come up with new ideas
Strong desire to base UX decisions on user research and data
Can apply UX/UI principles in service of a delightful but usable solution
Basic understanding of HTML & CSS and like to work proactively with developers
Strong attention to detail
Ability to give & receive constructive feedback in design reviews
Portfolio of prior UX work, with examples of shipped products including specific contributions in the design directions and decisions
Written and verbal fluency in English
What you’ll do:
Collaborate within Product & Engineering, as well as other departments on understanding the needs of our customers, taking a holistic approach to the customer journey
Organize and align design workstreams within the Core Tribe by partnering closely with the other design team members to collaboratively elevate the experience
Deliver design visions and concepts that create alignment on the future direction of the Make experience
Deliver detailed UI screens in Figma, and collaborate with PM and Engineering to align on requirements and execution
