Your main responsibilities:
welcoming guests, explaining the menu and the concept of ZEM Prague
taking orders and providing exceptional service to our customers
supporting colleagues and mentoring newbies in the team
making sure everything looks nice and clean in the restaurant
solving unexpected situations with positive attitude
What You Might Need:
Energy and Enthusiasm for Your Job: If you have a passion, it will be easier for you to learn new things.
Good Communication and Friendliness: You should be able to chat with customers as well as with your colleagues. With a good attitude, you can greatly influence whether guests come back.
Ability to Handle Pressure: When it’s busy, it can be quite stressful. But if you stay calm and keep your cool, you’ll handle it better. You’ll learn this over time, but it’s important.
Willingness to Help: It’s not just about serving tables. Sometimes you’ll need to help with food or cleaning. And you need to be able to adapt when things change. In a restaurant, anything can happen, and it’s important to be able to help where it’s needed.
