FCCBH, Inc. in Price, UT has a full-time opening for an Outreach Nurse for individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorder. This person will provide nursing case management services, outpatient medication management, and client outreach under the supervision of an RN. The position is 40 hours per week, with an excellent benefits package. The starting pay for an LPN is $26.48/hr. and an RN is $30.69/hr.; salary depends on experience and licensure. Must have or qualify for licensure in Utah
